The recliner on the couch has stopped working for the third time. Now that it is not under warranty, I can't find anyone to repair it.

Just over 4 years old, I spent over $7,000.00 for the couch, love seat, and recliner. Don't buy it.

I tried to find a customer service number for help, and they don't even have one. They should be ashamed for not having a site to help after spending that amount of money on this furniture.

We spent $4000 on this sectional. It was fully functional for one year. One power recliner and the manual recliner broke right after warranty was up.

I purchased this 7 piece grey sectional leather couch in 20203. we now have discoloration on one of the headrests that isn't even used much.

they said wear and tear. its 2 yrs old. RTG said extended warranty doesn't cover. I think manufacture malfunction.

this couch was 7k. really, and now I read it really isn't real leather? I clean with leather cleaner that I purchased from RTG just for this furniture. I am so pissed!!

to replace it will be 1,500. I was told i could just get the back piece but now they say discontinued.

have brown. I found grey on line!!

I have some scratches on the leather of the furniture, but I can't find a color match anywhere to cover them.

I bought this sectional in July of 2023 and so far rooms to go has had to come and fix three section now a major section is peeling and nothing is being done about it. They advertised it as a leather couch but its faux leather at best. Would never recommend this anyone to buy this couch!!

We have the gray reclining sectional and are still making monthly payments from rooms to go. Meanwhile the manual recliner handle broke off and cannot be fixed.

The recliner is stuck open now. The power recliner on one end is broken and lopsided where the frame bent from opening and closing and obviously catching on its self until it became damaged.

The whole sofa has to be thrown out but we are still obligated to pay each month. Worst furniture quality Ive ever seen.

Eric Church Recliner Furniture, fades with simple clean products provided by Rooms to Go, once damaged there is no fix and don't expect any help from Rooms to Go, they'll just say it's normal wear in tear.

We purchased 4 recliners and a love seat. We love the look and the fabric is very durable.

However the internal mechanisms and wood used to build the furniture is terrible. Bolts keep popping out and the wood used on the inside framing is broken in every chair!

This set is complete junk ! Tried to file claim with warranty I purchased with no response. Would not recommend purchasing.

Dye wearing off leather after four years in three different areas.

The electrical cords for the reclining couch and chair were cut by the reclining function after 1.5yr. No one was able to come and fix the furniture because the warranty is 1yr. Now the middle and right section of the reclining couch frame are broken, there is no reinforcement to protect the cushion from the springs and it has been stapled together with no other hardware...worste $2,000.00 purchase ever!!!

The Eric church highway to headliner sectionals are poor quality. Do not buy.

The stitching started popping loose 6 months after buying. I bought the 3 year extended warranty as well, but it doesn't cover seam separation or stitch tearing. Beautiful furniture but poor quality.

Rooms to Go offered no help. 4K for Chinese made junk, they should be ashamed!!

Ordered refurbished Apple iPad, arrived with broken USB input for charging. Also purchase protection plan, but have not received any documents

My couch has no padding in the seats I have two love the suit when an got a second one but isn't the grade of the first on, the padding is already gone and the lift on the Recliner is bent can the company help in this problem.
