Fake leather, not worth the money, fades with simple cleaning of mild sofa and water as instructed by manufacturer.

Broken and Customer Service
Paid $1500 for this couch! Would not recline after 2 months.
Called for the warranty work. Took 30-days to get a tech out to tell us he needed to order a part. The part will take 90-days to be delivered. Then when I get the part to call and have a tech come out to install the part.
So that is 5 months with a broken couch stuck in the reclining position!!! Would never recommend or buy a Eric Church couch again!!! Nor will my friends. And I will be sure to visit the store I bought the couch from and let all the customers who are looking at it to not buy either.
That is my hard earned money that was wasted. 5 MONTHS WITH A COUCH STUCK IN THE RECLINE POSITION!!!
